Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to the Director who will provide high-level administrative support, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the Director’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings
Act as the first point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
Handle calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Director
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes
Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries
Maintain confidential documents and sensitive information
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and MIS data
Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and important assignments
Manage office operations and support in decision-making processes
Handle personal tasks of the Director when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
2–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant
Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi; Kannada preferred)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Smart, presentable, and professional attitude
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with senior management
Knowledge of business operations and coordination
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
Salary:
₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)
Working Hours:
Full-time (Flexible as per Director’s schedule)
