We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Outreach Expert to join our growing team at Webtezz Solutions.

This role is focused on handling outreach for client projects, not internal company outreach. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, cold outreach, follow-ups, and appointment setting across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, email, and Facebook.

### Responsibilities:

• Manage outreach campaigns for multiple client accounts

• Identify and connect with potential leads

• Send personalized cold messages and follow-ups

• Book qualified appointments for clients

• Maintain lead tracking sheets and CRM updates

• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution

• Optimize outreach scripts based on response rates

• Meet daily and weekly outreach targets

### Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in outreach, lead generation, or appointment setting

• Strong written English communication skills

• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly, or similar tools is a plus

• Understanding of client acquisition and B2B outreach

• Ability to work independently during US shift hours

• Organized, consistent, and target-oriented mindset
