Role Overview
Drive B2C sales for IT products/services through outbound calling and digital outreach.
Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp follow-ups to potential customers.
Generate, qualify, and nurture leads from databases and campaigns.
Explain IT products/services and identify customer needs.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and conversion targets.
Handle objections and close sales effectively.
Maintain CRM with accurate updates and follow-ups.
Coordinate with support/technical teams for onboarding.
Ensure customer satisfaction and post-sales support.
Required Skills
Experience in B2C outbound sales / telesales (IT preferred).
Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Target-driven and comfortable with high-volume calling.
Basic knowledge of IT products/services.
