We are looking for Operations Executive to join our team at Kaspar Technologies. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, to manage day-to-day business activities, coordination, and ensuring smooth workflow.

Job Description:

Coordinate daily business operations and logistics.
Maintain and update product catalogues on digital platforms (like IndiaMart/E-commerce and our website).
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers/vendors.
Handle basic customer inquiries and order processing.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on operational progress.
Manage day-to-day business activities, coordination, and ensure smooth workflow.
Identify and approach potential clients to generate leads and drive sales growth.
Present and promote products or services to prospective customers.

Requirements:
- Graduate or Diploma in Btech (Electrical Engineering)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
- Prior experience in operations or back-office is a plus.
