Job Description – Client Servicing & Operations
We are looking for a dedicated and analytically driven professional for the role of Client Servicing & Operations with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
Key Requirements & Responsibilities:
Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory. Candidates must be comfortable with formulas, data analysis, and reporting. A practical Excel test will be conducted as part of the selection process.
Experience in remotely managing merchandisers and sales staff across locations.
Hands-on experience in managing and analyzing data related to sales, opening stock, closing stock, damaged stock, purchase orders, and defectives.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients through emails and presentations regarding stock positions, sales performance, and operational updates.
Experience in sales forecasting, inventory planning, and designing incentive-driven and target-based sales plans.
Prior exposure to handling B2B, and Institutional Sales channels for clients, agencies, or brands.
Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and a focus on sales numbers.
A dedicated, hardworking team player who can collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Experience Required: 3–5 years in a similar profile.
