Job Description:

We are looking for an Insurance Operations Manager / Executive with strong and complete knowledge of Life Insurance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day life insurance back-office operations.

• Manage policy processing, issuance, servicing, renewals, and documentation.

• Coordinate with insurance companies and internal teams.

• Handle policy-related queries and pending cases.

• Maintain MIS, reports, records, and documentation.

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance cases.

Requirements:

• Complete knowledge of Life Insurance processes is mandatory.

• Prior experience in Life Insurance Operations / Back Office preferred.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.

• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to manage operations independently.

Note: This is a pure back-office role with no field sales responsibilities.
