We're looking for an Operations Executive to drive supply growth and marketplace efficiency on our ride-hailing platform in Hyderabad. You'll own supply-side initiatives, pricing optimization, and go-to-market execution that directly impact our platform's growth and driver retention.
What you'll do
Lead supply growth initiatives including driver acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies to expand our active driver base
Develop and execute pricing strategies that balance driver incentives, customer demand, and platform profitability across different geographies and peak hours
Own marketplace operations by monitoring supply-demand gaps, managing driver incentive programs, and optimizing operational efficiency
Build and execute GTM plans for new markets or service launches, coordinating cross-functional teams and tracking KPIs against targets
Analyze marketplace data and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks, forecast trends, and recommend operational improvements
What we're looking for
1–3 years of hands-on experience in ride-hailing, logistics, or marketplace platforms (supply-side focus preferred)
Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, driver economics, and supply-demand balancing in competitive environments
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute pricing strategies or supply growth initiatives with measurable impact
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort working with data, dashboards, and cross-functional teams
Nice to have
Experience with driver incentive program design and A/B testing
Familiarity with Hyderabad's competitive ride-hailing landscape
Background in GTM planning for new geographies or service verticals
