Online Textile Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Online Textile Sales Executive to manage online sales, respond to customer inquiries, and promote textile products through digital channels. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and an interest in textiles and online sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and online platforms.

• Explain textile products, fabrics, designs, sizes, colors, prices, and availability to customers.

• Generate sales leads and convert inquiries into orders.

• Follow up with potential and existing customers.

• Update product information, prices, stock, and customer orders.

• Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch team for order processing and delivery.

• Maintain customer records and sales reports.

• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

• Promote new products, offers, and collections through online channels.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Basic computer and internet knowledge.

• Familiarity with WhatsApp, social media, and online selling platforms.

• Knowledge of textiles, fabrics, garments, or fashion products is an advantage.

• Ability to work toward sales targets.

• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
