Job Title: Online Sales Executive

Location: Lower Parel,Mumbai

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Online Sales Executive to manage and drive sales through digital platforms. The candidate will be responsible for handling online inquiries, converting leads into customers, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, website, and other online platforms
Convert leads into sales by effective communication and follow-ups
Maintain customer database and update records regularly
Coordinate with the operations/dispatch team for order processing
Achieve monthly sales targets
Assist in planning online promotions and campaigns
Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly

Requirements:

Proven experience in online sales or customer handling
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with social media platforms and online sales channels
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Preferred Skills:

Experience in fashion/lifestyle industry (optional)
Strong negotiation and convincing skills
