We are hiring a dynamic Sales Executive for a 100% chat-based international process. You'll interact with international clients, promote our services, generate leads, and convert them into sales through chat platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle chats with international clients via Facebook and other platforms
Explain company services professionally
Generate leads and close sales
Follow up with potential clients
Resolve customer queries
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team
Required Skills:
Excellent written English communication
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Confidence in handling international clients
Basic computer and social media knowledge
Customer-focused attitude
Eligibility:
Excellent written English is mandatory
Sales or chat support experience is a plus (Freshers with good skills can apply)
Must have a laptop/desktop
Comfortable with a 100% chat process (No Calling)
