Key Responsibilities:-

1. Sales & Business Development:

• Identify and acquire potential SME customers for business loan products.

• Promote Working Capital Loans, Term Loans, Overdraft Facilities, and Equipment Financing.

• Develop and maintain relationships with SME clients, financial intermediaries, and industry associations.

• Achieve assigned sales targets within the stipulated timelines.

2. Client Interaction & Lead Generation:

• Conduct cold calls, referrals, and field visits to generate leads.

• Understand the business needs of SMEs and offer tailored loan solutions.

• Educate clients on loan features, repayment structures, and interest rates.

3. Loan Application & Documentation:

• Assist customers with loan application procedures and document submission.

• Verify KYC, financial statements, GST returns, and business proofs.

• Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, legal) for loan approvals.
