Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Mobile Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will assist customers in selecting smartphones, mobile accessories, and related products while delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the store.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable mobile phones and accessories.

• Demonstrate product features and benefits.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and organized.

• Handle billing, invoicing, and payment transactions.

• Assist customers with basic mobile setup, data transfer, and after-sales support.

• Keep up to date with the latest smartphones, accessories, and market trends.

• Manage inventory and report stock shortages.

Requirements

• 10th/12th pass or higher qualification.

• Experience in mobile sales or retail sales is preferred.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Basic knowledge of Android and iPhone smartphones.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Honest, punctual, and sales-oriented.

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time

• Experience: 1–3 Years

• Salary: ₹12,000–₹25,000 per month (based on experience) + Incentives

• Location: Karol Bagh, Delhi

• Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
