Woodanjo is a leading manufacturer of premium doors and door frames, providing complete end to end door solutions for residential, commercial and institutional projects. Our primary clients include builders, developers, architects, contractors and other B2B customers.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and self driven Marketing Representative who can identify business opportunities, generate qualified leads and build long term relationships with clients. This is a field oriented role that requires regular site visits, customer meetings and consistent follow up.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through field visits, networking and direct outreach.

- Visit construction sites, builder offices, architects and contractors to identify potential projects.

- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the internal team to provide suitable solutions.

- Schedule and conduct client meetings to present Woodanjo's products and services.

- Maintain regular follow ups with prospective and existing clients to nurture relationships and convert opportunities into business.

- Build and maintain strong long term relationships with clients.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow ups and customer requirements.

- Attend a daily review meeting and submit a weekly performance report.

- Work towards achieving monthly lead generation and sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

- Self motivated with a strong sales mindset.

- Basic knowledge of construction or building materials is an advantage but not mandatory.

- Must own a two wheeler and hold a valid driving licence.

- Must have a smartphone for communication and reporting.

Performance & Probation

This is a performance driven role. The initial 3 months will be a probation period during which performance, consistency and professionalism will be evaluated. Successful candidates will be offered full time employment upon satisfactory completion of the probation period.
