Job Title: Marketing Representative

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Marketing Representative to join our team at S. R. Decor. This role focuses on acquiring new clients, driving business growth, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying leads, pitching products/services, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage in new business opportunities through various channels

• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers

• Present, promote, and sell products or services effectively

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends

• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring smooth execution of the sales process

• Prepare and deliver engaging presentations highlighting product features and benefits

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers

• Maintain bill books and ensure proper billing records

• Manage and update warehouse stock listings regularly
  

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass

• Experience: 0 to 3 years

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-centric approach with the ability to close deals

• Basic computer knowledge

• Skills in Cold Calling, Lead Generation, MS Excel, and Convincing techniques are an added advantage
