Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Experience: 6months –3 years
Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month
Location: Jayanagar East End, Bengaluru
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities in the corporate gifting, printing, branding, and promotional products segment.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, references, LinkedIn, and client visits.

Meet potential clients to understand their requirements and present suitable products and solutions.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients to close deals.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.

Coordinate with the Design, Procurement, Production, and Operations teams to ensure smooth order execution.

Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while maintaining company profitability.Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities.Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.Build long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.Required SkillsStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Good sales and business development knowledge.Ability to generate leads and convert them into business.Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.

Good knowledge of corporate gifting, printing, branding, or promotional products will be an advantage.
