Key Responsibilities
Field Marketing & Client Acquisition
Conduct regular field visits to industries, factories, laboratories, and corporate clients to promote laboratory testing services.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through field marketing activities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Client Coordination
Meet clients in person to understand their testing requirements and service needs.
Provide information about laboratory services, testing procedures, and pricing.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery to clients.
Sampling Coordination
Coordinate with clients for sample collection and testing requirements.
Assist in preparation of sampling and collection letters and ensure timely delivery of samples to the laboratory.
Quotation Preparation & Follow-Up
Prepare quotations based on client requirements and company pricing policies.
Follow up with clients on submitted quotations to convert leads into business.
Provide clarification and support to clients regarding services and pricing.
Digital Leads & India Mart Follow-Up
Handle leads generated from digital marketing platforms.
Conduct follow-up calls and schedule meetings with potential clients.
Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead conversion and market reach.
Payment & Relationship Management
Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and maintain proper communication.
Ensure long-term client satisfaction and maintain ongoing professional relationships.
Reporting
Maintain daily reports of field visits, client meetings, leads, and business development activities.
Share updates and feedback with management to improve marketing strategies.
