Key Responsibilities
1.Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities and prospective clients.
2.Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
3.Understand client requirements and present suitable service solutions.
4.Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
5.Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and agreements.
6.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and timely documentation.
7.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
8.Participate in promotional activities and client meetings.
9.Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.
🎯 Required Qualifications & Skills
Strong knowledge of Sales & Business Development, preferably in real estate, facility management, or related services.
Proven experience in lead generation, negotiation, client acquisition, and sales conversion.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer relationship management and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple leads and business opportunities effectively.
Good knowledge of Bengaluru market dynamics.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/sales management tools.
Prior experience in facility management, security services, staffing, or B2B sales will be an advantage.
