Business Development & Sales
Generate new business opportunities for Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
Identify and acquire prospective customers through direct sourcing, referrals, channel partners, and market networking.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, DSAs, connectors, and business associates.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the organization.
Customer Relationship Management
Understand customer financing requirements and recommend suitable LAP solutions.
Ensure a seamless customer experience from lead generation to loan disbursement.
Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Market Intelligence
Conduct market surveys to identify potential business opportunities.
Monitor competitor activities, products, and pricing trends.
Provide feedback to management regarding market dynamics and customer needs.
Process & Compliance
Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams for loan processing.
Ensure complete documentation and adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems regularly.
Learning & Development
Participate actively in training programs related to sales, lending products, risk assessment, and customer engagement.
Demonstrate leadership potential and readiness for future managerial responsibilities.
