Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage daily reports, maintain accurate data, prepare management reports, and support business decision-making through timely and accurate MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Collect, consolidate, and analyse data from different departments.

• Create and maintain Excel-based dashboards, trackers, and reports.

• Monitor data accuracy and identify discrepancies.

• Generate performance reports and provide insights to management.

• Maintain and update databases, records, and operational trackers.

• Prepare reports as per management requirements within defined timelines.

• Coordinate with various departments for data collection and verification.

• Track KPIs, targets, and performance metrics.

• Automate and improve existing reporting processes wherever possible.

• Maintain proper documentation and ensure confidentiality of company data.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.

• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, Charts, and Excel Dashboards.

• Good analytical and numerical skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Ability to handle large volumes of data.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Qualification

• Any Bachelor's Degree.

• Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Computer Applications, Statistics, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.

Candidate Profile

• Age: 25–32 years

• Experience in MIS, reporting, data analysis, or a similar role.

• Candidates with strong Excel and reporting skills will be preferred.

• Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period will be preferred.
