Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Manager with a strong background in Microfinance, Banking, NBFC, Personal Loans, Business Loans, or MSME Loans. The candidate will be responsible for managing field sales operations, driving loan business, achieving targets, and leading a team of field sales executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and achieve monthly/quarterly loan disbursement and business targets.

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of Field Sales Executives / Loan Officers.

• Generate new customers through field visits, referrals, direct sales, and local market development.

• Handle Personal Loan, Business Loan, MSME Loan, or Microfinance products.

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, business partners, DSAs, and local channels.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

• Monitor daily field activities, leads, applications, approvals, and disbursements.

• Ensure proper KYC, documentation, credit and company process compliance.

• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Collection, and Branch teams for smooth loan processing.

• Track team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management.

• Ensure portfolio quality and minimize customer-related issues and operational risks.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Microfinance / NBFC / Banking / Financial Services.

• Candidates with experience in Personal Loan, Business Loan, MSME Loan, LAP, Microfinance, or Retail Lending are preferred.

• Minimum 1–2 years of team-handling experience preferred.

• Strong field sales and customer acquisition skills.

• Good knowledge of the local market and customer sourcing.

• Target-oriented with strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Ability to handle field sales teams and achieve business targets.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

• Basic knowledge of KYC, loan documentation, credit process, and collections.
