Responsible for leading and motivating a team of loan sales executive executive to achieve business targets, drive sales growth,and ensure excellent customer service.The role involves Planning,monitoring performance,developing team capability,and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, Coach and motivate the loans team to achieve individual and team targets.
Drive new loan business through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
Monitor daily/weekly sales activities and pipeline to ensure achievement of targets.
Guide team members in customer meetings, negotiations and loan conversations.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation and follow-up for smooth loan processing.
Maintain strong Relationship with existing and potential customers.
Ensure compliance with company policies.
2-5 years of experience in loan sales, with at least 1 year in team leadership role.
Provide regular reports on team performance , sales progress and market insights.
Identify training needs and build team capability through coaching and development.
