Responsibilities

· Making outbound calls to potential/cold customers.

· Providing details of Personal Loan and Business Loans as per customer’s requirement.

· Educate clients about our loan products and their features.

· Maintain regular contact with clients to provide updates on their loan applications.

· Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the sales team.

· Telesales or telemarketing capabilities required.

Qualifications

· Proven experience in loan sales or a similar role.

· Sound knowledge of the loan market and current lending regulations.

· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Bachelor's degree in business or finance (preferred).

· Sales and negotiation skills.
