Job Summary:
A Loan Executive is responsible for generating loan leads, evaluating customer eligibility, and assisting clients through the loan application and approval process. The role involves achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads for loan products (personal, home, business, etc
Meet potential customers to understand their financial needs
Explain loan options, interest rates, and repayment terms clearly
Assist customers in completing loan applications and documentation
Evaluate customer eligibility based on financial information
Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan approvals and disbursement
Follow up with clients for pending documents and status updates
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
