Key Responsibilities:
Evaluating and authorizing loan applications by analyzing applicants’ financial status, credit history, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.
Processing loan applications from start to finish, including collecting necessary documents, preparing loan proposals, and coordinating with underwriters.
Managing client portfolios and maintaining ongoing communication to address questions, resolve complaints, and provide tailored financial solutions.
Reviewing loan agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and banking regulations.
Computing payment schedules and assisting with disbursements, payoff letters, and closing costs.
