Key Responsibilities:

● Ensure 100% accurate gold valuation — capturing correct cartage, proper stone deduction, and preventing spurious/unacceptable ornaments.

● Adhere to Company ethical and operational standards, ensuring full KYC compliance and proper online customer registration.

● Coordinate with Managers and stakeholders for loan approvals and disbursals.

● Manage day-to-day branch operations, ensuring smooth customer servicing, documentation, and audit readiness.

● Act as the branch in-charge, overseeing team discipline, customer handling, and performance metrics.

● Drive business growth by acquiring new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones to generate renewal and referral business.

● Resolve customer doubts and queries promptly during the loan process to ensure customer satisfaction.

● Execute local business development and marketing activities to enhance Company brand visibility and generate leads in the catchment area.

● Ensure operational efficiency, cash handling accuracy, and compliance with all branch-level policies and SOPs.
