Customer Onboarding Executive

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Customer Onboarding Executive to join our team. The role primarily involves calling prospective customers, pitching financial products, and assisting them through the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound (cold) calls to potential customers.

• Pitch and promote financial products (primarily Personal Loans).

• Explain product features, eligibility criteria, and benefits to customers.

• Guide customers through the loan application process.

• Collect and onboard customer documents into the system accurately.

• Follow up with interested customers to close sales.

• Maintain proper records of calls and customer details.

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of financial products (Personal Loan preferred).

• Ability to handle cold calling and achieve targets.

• Basic computer knowledge for system documentation.

• Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
