Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Loan Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in loan or financial product sales, strong customer handling skills, and the ability to achieve monthly sales targets. This role involves managing the end-to-end loan sales process, from lead generation to loan disbursement while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
· Generate and manage leads for Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Home Loans (Must have DSA Loans Experience)
· Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable loan products
· Explain loan features, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements to customers
· Guide customers through the complete loan application process
· Collect, verify, and submit customer documents as per company and bank requirements
· Ensure timely login, processing, and disbursement of loan cases
· Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and revenue goals
· Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and applications in CRM systems
· Build long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals
· Provide post-disbursement support and resolve customer queries when required
· Stay updated with loan products, market trends, competitor offerings, and policy changes
· Ensure strict compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
