Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Leasing & Site

Manager to oversee leasing operations and site management for upcoming

franchise outlets across the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate will be

responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of on-site activities, effective

coordination with vendors and labour teams, and identification of suitable

commercial locations based on client requirements and business objectives.

Candidates with prior experience in real estate, leasing, site supervision, franchise

development, or related industries will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Leasing Responsibilities

● Identify, evaluate, and shortlist suitable commercial properties for

prospective clients through detailed market research, site visits, and property

assessments.

● Conduct negotiations with property owners and landlords regarding

commercial and leasing terms to secure favourable deals on behalf of the

client.

● Assist in reviewing of lease agreements and related documentation before

final submission to clients.

Site and Operations Responsibilities

● Oversee the smooth and timely execution of franchise outlet fabrication and

fit-out work at project sites.

● Coordinate effectively with labour teams, contractors, and technicians for

carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and related works.

● Manage vendor coordination and procurement of raw materials, ensuring

cost efficiency, quality assurance, and timely availability of materials.

● Monitor day-to-day site operations and ensure adherence to project timelines,

quality standards, and operational requirements.

● Handle end-to-end site coordination and take ownership of overall project

execution.

● Act as a key point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams,

ensuring seamless communication and regular project updates to both clients

and management.

Qualification & Skills Required

● Graduate (B.A / B.Com or equivalent) in Real Estate, Business

Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

● Minimum 2 years of experience in leasing, site management and real estate

operations will be an added advantage.

● Young, dynamic, and presentable personality with a professional approach.

● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Proficiency in both Hindi and English is mandatory.

● Excellent organizational, coordination and multitasking abilities.

● Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi NCR for site visits and

coordination activities.

● Preference will be given to candidates owning a two-wheeler with a valid

driving licence.
