Job Title: Lead Qualification Specialist (Real Estate)

Job Type: Entry-Level

Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Qualification Specialist to join our real estate team. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates who are eager to start their career in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact and engage with potential leads via calls, messages, or emails
Understand customer requirements and assess their interest in real estate properties
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions
Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and site visits
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus (not mandatory)
Ability to handle calls and customer queries confidently
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.)
