📌 About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation Executive who can help Zyro Media find potential clients for our services.

💼 Your Responsibilities

• Find potential YouTubers, content creators, businesses and brands.

• Research potential clients through Instagram, YouTube and other relevant platforms.

• Identify clients who may need Video Editing, Thumbnail Design or Social Media Management.

• Verify each lead before adding it.

• Maintain all leads in the company’s Google Sheet/CRM.

• Submit a daily/weekly lead-generation report.

• Coordinate with the Sales Team and provide them with qualified leads.

🎯 Weekly Target

150–200 qualified leads per week.

Quality is more important than simply adding a large number of accounts.

✅ What Counts as a Qualified Lead?

A lead should generally be:

• A genuine and active creator/business/brand

• Relevant to Zyro Media’s services

• Active on Instagram, YouTube or another suitable platform

• A potential customer for our services

• Not a duplicate, fake or inactive account

• Added with accurate information

📊 Information Required for Each Lead

• Name / Business Name

• Instagram / YouTube username or link

• Niche / Business type

• Public business contact or DM option

• Reason why the lead may be relevant

• Lead status

💰 Payment

₹300 per week, provided the required weekly work and lead-quality criteria are completed.

Payment is not based on whether the lead becomes a client. The Lead Generation Executive’s responsibility is to provide qualified leads; the Sales Team handles outreach, follow-ups and closing.

⚠️ Important

• Fake, duplicate, inactive or irrelevant leads will not count toward the target.

• Consistent reporting and professional communication are required.

• This is a performance-based role.

• Selected candidates will receive an employee code and onboarding instructions.
