Key Responsibilities – Lead Generation Executive
Identify and generate new business leads through online portals, LinkedIn, cold calling, email marketing, and social media.
Research target companies and decision-makers for business opportunities.
Maintain and update lead databases and CRM records regularly.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business requirements.
Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
Follow up with potential clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Generate leads for IT products, software solutions, laptops, servers, networking, and cloud services.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaigns and promotions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
Prepare lead reports and sales pipeline updates for management.
Build strong client relationships to support long-term business growth.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of LinkedIn, CRM, and lead generation tools
Basic understanding of B2B sales process
Email drafting and cold calling skills
MS Excel and reporting knowledge
Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
Preferred Qualification
MBA / Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
