Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential leads through LinkedIn, Google, and other online platforms
Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns (connection requests, follow-ups, messaging)
Build and maintain a database of prospects
Conduct initial outreach via calls, emails, or LinkedIn
Qualify leads based on defined criteria
Schedule meetings for the sales team
Maintain lead tracker and update CRM/Excel sheets
Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships
Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation targets
Requirements
0–1 year of experience in lead generation / sales support (Freshers can apply)
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and online research
Good verbal and written communication skills
Confidence in calling and messaging prospects
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Target-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with CRM tools
Basic understanding of B2B/B2C sales
Strong follow-up and persuasion skills
Ability to handle objections
