Key Responsibilities:
• Generate high-quality leads for residential/commercial real estate through online and offline channels.
• Conduct daily cold calling, tele-calling, WhatsApp outreach, and email campaigns to potential buyers/sellers.
• Identify and target customers through social media platforms, property portals, and other lead sources.
• Build and maintain a strong lead pipeline; follow up consistently to convert leads into site visits.
• Schedule property visits and coordinate between clients and sales teams.
• Maintain and update CRM/lead management trackers on a daily basis.
• Conduct basic qualification of leads to ensure relevance and seriousness.
• Assist the marketing team in executing digital lead generation campaigns.
• Provide weekly/monthly lead reports to management.
• Stay updated on real estate trends, projects, and market demand to target the right audience.
