We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and promoting our products or services over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate new leads.
Understand client requirements and introduce suitable products/services.
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM with lead details.
Follow up on leads to schedule appointments or demos for the sales team.
Achieve monthly lead generation targets and KPIs.
Handle client queries professionally and escalate when required.
Skills & Qualifications:
12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with a professional phone etiquette.
Ability to work under target pressure and deliver results.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).
