We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive with hands-on experience in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and similar lead sourcing tools. The role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high-quality leads to support the real estate sales team and drive consistent business growth.
Generate targeted leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms
Research and identify potential buyers, investors, brokers, and channel partners
Build and manage lead lists based on project type, location, and customer profile
Execute outbound outreach via calls, LinkedIn messages, emails, and WhatsApp
Qualify leads based on budget, requirement, timeline, and buying intent
Maintain accurate lead data and activity tracking in CRM systems
Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team
Follow up consistently to nurture leads through the sales funnel
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion quality
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets
Graduate or equivalent qualification
1–3 years of experience in lead generation or pre-sales (real estate preferred)
Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and lead databases
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns
Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Strong follow-up, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
Target-driven and performance-focused mindset
Experience sourcing HNI, NRI, or investor leads
Knowledge of property portals (99acres, Magicbricks, Housing.com)
Basic understanding of digital marketing and campaign-based leads
Ability to work with Excel/Google Sheets for lead tracking
