Job Description: Lead Generation Executive

Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month (In-hand), depending on experience

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive to identify potential customers and generate qualified business leads for the organisation. The candidate will be responsible for researching prospective customers, reaching out to potential leads, understanding their requirements and arranging follow-ups for the business development team.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in customer interactions and the ability to generate quality leads through various channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate potential leads through online research, databases, references and other channels.

• Make outbound calls and communicate with prospective customers to introduce products and services.

• Understand customer requirements and identify genuine business opportunities.

• Qualify leads based on customer interest, requirements and business potential.

• Share qualified leads with the sales and business development team for further action.

• Follow up with prospective customers to maintain engagement and interest.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions and follow-up schedules.

• Update lead status and maintain databases using Excel or CRM software.

• Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify potential customer segments.

• Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead generation activities and performance.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in Lead Generation, Telecalling, Inside Sales or Business Development.

• Experience in the gaming or retail industry will be preferred.

• Female candidates are preferred.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Confident in making outbound calls and interacting with prospective customers.

• Good research, follow-up and database management skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email and CRM tools.

• Target-oriented, organised and self-motivated.

• Ability to identify and qualify potential business leads.

Compensation

₹30,000–₹40,000 per month (In-hand), depending on experience and suitability.
