Roles & Responsibilities:
Research, identify, and generate new leads through various online/offline sources.
Call, qualify, and nurture potential leads for sales conversion.
Maintain and update lead database in Excel/CRM on a daily basis.
Understand candidates needs and provide relevant product/course information.
Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams for smoother conversions.
Follow communication scripts and maintain professionalism on calls.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 6 months experience in lead generation/telecalling/sales.
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
Strong research skills and ability to work in a target-based environment.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Immediate joiners preferred.
