Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented candidates for the position of Lead Generation Associate. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating quality leads, connecting with prospective customers, and supporting the business development team in achieving organizational targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Identify and generate potential leads through online platforms, social media, databases, and other sources.

- Research and identify prospective clients, educational institutions, companies, and business opportunities.

- Make outbound calls, send emails, and communicate with potential clients.

- Explain Avaintern's services, internship programs, and business offerings to prospective customers.

- Maintain and update lead details, contact information, and follow-up records in Excel or CRM tools.

- Follow up with interested prospects and convert leads into potential business opportunities.

- Coordinate with the Business Development and Sales teams to achieve lead generation targets.

- Track daily activities, lead status, and conversion progress.

- Prepare daily and weekly lead generation reports.

- Maintain professional communication with prospects and ensure accurate data management.
