Job Summary:
We are looking for a fluent English-speaking Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The role involves contacting potential clients, sharing information about our ambulance and healthcare services, and generating leads. This position does not involve sales or targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers or organizations to introduce our services.
• Collect and update customer information in the database accurately.
• Explain company services clearly and professionally over the phone.
• Generate interest and schedule follow-ups for the business development team.
• Maintain call logs and records of useful information.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant information.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead handover.

Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills in English (fluency required).
• Basic understanding of telecalling / customer service processes.
• Good listening skills and polite telephone manners.
• Comfortable using MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM systems (training provided if needed).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
