JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking Land Lead Sourcing Coordinator to coordinate and support the sourcing of land leads through various channels, maintain accurate records, liaise with brokers and landowners, and assist the acquisition team with verified and relevant land opportunities aligned to business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Sourcing & Management
· Identify potential land parcels through broker network, references, digital platforms, and local market intelligence.
· Maintain and expand database of landowners, agents, aggregators, and intermediaries.
· Coordinate outreach to brokers, agents, and other sources to gather leads regularly.
· Follow up on new land leads and track their status.
2. Documentation & Data Handling
• Maintain a land lead tracker (Excel & software) with detailed information – location, size, title status, asking price, contact details, etc.
• Ensure all documentation related to each lead (layouts, title documents, owner details, etc.) are organized and updated.
3. Coordination & Communication
• Schedule site visits, owner meetings, and follow-ups for the acquisition team.
• Act as a liaison between landowners/agents and the internal team.
• Coordinate internally to ensure leads are evaluated by legal, commercial, and technical teams.
4. Market Intelligence
• Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and new development zones.
• Share weekly updates on new lead inflow and closure status.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
• Graduate or Diploma in Real Estate, Business, or related field.
• 1-3 years’ experience in real estate land sourcing or coordination role.
• Strong local market knowledge and broker network.
• Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and basic land documentation terms.
• Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Organized and detail oriented.
