Identify, recruit, and onboard potential insurance advisors from the open market
Provide product training and support to ensure successful certification (IRDAI)
Drive insurance sales through your agent network and meet monthly business targets
Monitor agent activity and guide them for consistent performance
Build strong customer relationships to drive renewals and referrals
Organize local marketing and awareness activities to support business development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and lead a team
Sales-driven mindset with a focus on targets
Good knowledge of the local market
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales
