Role Summary
The Combined Channel Account Manager (CAM) will be responsible for driving Modern
Trade (MT), E-Commerce, and Q-Commerce business for the organization. This role
requires end-to-end ownership of revenue delivery, listings, assortment management,
visibility planning, operational excellence, and cross-channel coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Own revenue targets for MT, E-Commerce, and Q-Commerce channels.
• Manage listings, assortment expansion, promotions, and visibility across MT chains.
• Handle platform operations across marketplaces: pricing, promotions, ad dashboards,
availability, and content.
• Ensure stock availability and coordinate with the supply chain for timely replenishment.
• Drive MT store-level execution including planogram adherence, visibility elements, and
promoter performance.
• Optimize online performance through search ranking, content enhancement, deals,
coupons, and campaigns.
• Monitor daily operational hygiene including fill rates, penalties, cancellations, and order
SLAs.
• Prepare monthly business plans and performance reviews across all channels.
• Collaborate with finance, supply chain, marketing, and category teams for smooth
execution.
• Lead NPD rollouts across MT and online simultaneously.
• Conduct weekly reporting on revenue, execution KPIs, competition tracking, and channel
insights.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Revenue achievement across MT, E-Commerce, and Q-Commerce.
• Fill rate and in-stock percentages.
• Visibility execution and planogram adherence (MT).
• Listing quality, search ranking, and performance metrics (E-Com/Q-Com).
• Operational hygiene: claims, penalties, returns, SLA compliance.
• NPD rollout success across channels.
• Accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
Experience & Skills Required
• 4–6 years of FMCG experience with exposure to MT and E-Commerce/Q-Commerce.
• Strong understanding of store execution, platform dashboards, and operational processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional coordination and multi-channel operations.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and dashboard handling.
• High ownership mindset and willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
