🔹 Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Key Account Manager to manage and expand our network of architects, interior designers, and key business partners. The candidate will play a critical role in driving sales growth through strategic account management and consistent client engagement.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Regularly visit architects, interior designers, and consultants to present company products and solutions
Maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts
Identify and onboard new key accounts to expand business reach
Generate new leads and business opportunities through networking and references
Promote and educate clients about our product portfolio:
uPVC Windows & Doors
System Aluminium Windows
Glass Railings
Shower Enclosures
Partitions & Skylights
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of projects
Track client requirements and follow up for conversions
Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives
Provide market feedback and competitor insights
🔹 Key Skills & Requirements
1–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in interiors, construction, or building materials
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build long-term professional relationships
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Good knowledge of Pune market (preferred)
Two-wheeler & valid driving license preferred

Client-facing and relationship management role
Presentable, confident, and proactive personality
Experience dealing with architects/interior designers is a strong advantage
