JD for the Role of Junior KAM and Ops Manager E-Comm.

Screening Requirements

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, E-Commerce or a related field would be an advantage

Required candidate experience: 4-7 years.

Industry: FMCG/ CDIT/ Small Home Appliances

Prior E-Comm experience including Marketplace and Quick Commerce: Min 2.5 years

Sales Experience: Should have worked in modern trade/ E-Commerce or both. Not required from GT background.

Salary Range: 7.5 Lacs to 8.5 Lacs

Skills Required:

Advanced MS Excel / Google Sheets to ensure number based approach for resolving

AI proficiency: Ability to use & implement latest versions of AI tools like Claude, Gemini etc.

Commercial orientation – Basic understanding of sales, margins, pricing, inventory, and promotional effectiveness.

Attention to detail – High accuracy in identifying trends, pricing, listings, inventory & commercial data

Presentation skills – Ability to create clear, concise PowerPoint/Google Slides presentations for business reviews, account meetings, and internal discussions

Soft Skills- Presentable & confident to represent the division internally and the brand to the outside world.
