The Key Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing key client accounts, expanding market presence, and leading field sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Own and manage key customer accounts to ensure long-term business growth and retention
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives
Identify new business opportunities through market research, field visits, and networking
Lead, guide, and motivate Key Account Executives / Sales Executives
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to management
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and support teams for seamless execution
Ensure proper onboarding, activation, and engagement of merchants/clients
Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategic improvements
Maintain compliance with company policies, sales processes, and reporting standards
