Job Title: Account Executive

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and experience with financial reporting, GST, and TDS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting entries and bookkeeping

• Handle accounts payable and receivable

• Prepare invoices, bills, and financial reports

• Maintain records of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance

• Reconcile bank statements and ledgers

• Assist in monthly and yearly closing

• Coordinate with auditors and internal teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field

• 0–3 years of experience in accounting

• Knowledge of Tally/ERP software

• Good understanding of GST & TDS

• Basic MS Excel knowledge

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Skills:

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work independently

• Time management and organizational skills
