📌 Job Title: Operations Manager / Office Manager

📍 Location:

Bhoidapada, Vasai East

🧾 Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Operations Manager who can independently handle overall office operations in the absence of the owner. The candidate should be capable of managing multiple functions including accounts, sales coordination, dispatch, and administration, ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

🏢 Office Operations:

▪️Manage complete office operations independently

Ensure smooth workflow across all departments

▪️Handle staff coordination and supervision

💼 Accounts:

▪️Maintain basic accounting records (purchase, sales, expenses)

▪️Coordinate with CA/accountant

▪️Follow up on payments (receivables & payables)

📊 Sales Coordination:

▪️Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups

▪️Prepare quotations and sales orders

▪️Coordinate with clients for order processing

🚚 Dispatch & Logistics:

▪️Manage dispatch planning and delivery schedules

▪️Coordinate with transporters and vendors

▪️Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods

📋 Administration:

▪️Maintain office records and documentation

▪️Handle vendor management and office supplies

▪️Ensure discipline and proper functioning of the office

👤 Requirements:

Experience: 3–7 years in similar multi-tasking role

▪️Good knowledge of accounts + operations + coordination

▪️Strong communication skills

▪️Ability to take responsibility and work independently

▪️Computer knowledge

(Excel, Tally, Zoho(other accounting software, email, etc.)

💰 Salary:

As per experience
