Junior Career Counsellor

Position: Junior Counsellor / Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online leads.

- Counsel students and parents about courses, career opportunities, fees, and batch schedules.

- Convert enquiries into admissions by understanding student requirements and providing suitable guidance.

- Follow up regularly with pending enquiries and maintain a strong conversion ratio.

- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, admissions, and collections in the CRM/system.

- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and academic teams for smooth student onboarding.

- Collect required documents and complete the admission process.

- Maintain positive relationships with students and parents throughout the admission journey.

- Support outdoor marketing activities, seminars, workshops, school/college visits, and promotional events whenever required.

- Prepare and submit daily and monthly enquiry, admission, and follow-up reports.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and counselling skills.

- Strong sales and persuasion abilities.

- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).

- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualification:

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 1–3 years of experience in counselling, admissions, telecalling, or sales (experience in the education sector preferred).
