UCG Fine Metals LLP is a silver jewellery trading company dealing in sterling silver chains and jewellery. We work with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors across India. Our offices are in Delhi, Chennai, and Noida.
Role Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for increasing sales, finding new customers, and maintaining good relationships with existing clients alongwith inventory managemet. This role involves regular travel and interaction with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Find new customers and grow business.
- Visit clients for meetings, product discussions, and follow-ups.
- Understand customer needs and coordinate with internal teams.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain records of client interactions and sales.
- Participate in exhibitions and promotional activities.
- Share market feedback and competitor insights.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction.
Inventory Management
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in jewellery, FMCG, or B2B sales.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Willing to travel frequently.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM tools).
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (based on experience)
