About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic IT Software Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in selling software solutions or IT services. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for software products and IT solutions.

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.

• Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.

• Collaborate with technical and product teams to deliver tailored solutions.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate pricing with clients.

• Maintain accurate sales reports, pipelines, and CRM records.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in software sales, SaaS sales, or IT solution selling.

• Strong understanding of software products, IT services, or technology-driven solutions.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to manage end-to-end sales processes independently.

• Experience working with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.

• Strong customer relationship management abilities.

• Goal-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
